01How do I book?
Online. Pick a style, choose a day and time from what's open on Quality's calendar, and pay the $25 deposit — the appointment goes straight onto her calendar, no waiting on a reply. Book at least 48 hours ahead; for anything sooner, call (803) 446-3404.
02Is there a deposit?
Yes — $25 holds your appointment, paid online when you book, and the rest is paid in person on the day. Braided wigs take a $250 deposit because the unit is made to order.
03What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Do it at least 24 hours before your appointment. Inside that window the deposit is forfeited. In her words: "If you are needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it must be done within 24hrs of your appointment or you will forfeit your deposit."
04Is hair included?
For most braid, twist and loc styles, yes — it's in the price. It is not included for wig installs, sew-ins or quick weaves, where you bring the unit or bundles — or buy them from Quality directly. Each style on this site says which.
05Do you sell wigs and bundles?
Yes — in hand. 13x4 and 13x6 HD lace wigs from $180 and 10A bundles from $55, every length priced on the Hair page. Order and pay there, or text (803) 446-3404 — it's handed over in person, or ready at your install.
06What are the hours?
Mon – Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 9am–5pm. Sunday closed.
07Where is the appointment?
Columbia, South Carolina, by appointment. The exact location is confirmed when you book.
